Delivery timing
After the payment provider confirms a successful captured payment, download access is provided through the order confirmation or secure customer account.
Access requirements
Use the same email address for checkout and your customer account. Keep your order confirmation and download a secure personal copy of the product.
Delivery problems
If access does not appear after confirmed payment, check your email and account first, then contact support@pinrekiai.com with the payment reference. We normally respond within two business days.
Security
Download links and files are for the purchaser only. We may disable links that are shared publicly, abused or associated with a reversed or fraudulent payment.
